The Authors

Guy Tritton is a barrister at Hogarth Chambers, Lincoln's Inn, London specialising in intellectual property law. He also has substantial practices in information technology, franchises, competition law and general commercial. He has appeared in many reported cases.

He is a trained mediator and lectures throughout the world on topics in the field of intellectual property law.

Richard Davis, Simon Malynicz and Ashley Roughton are also members of Hogarth Chambers.
